Maine Mendoza named 'Most Inspiring Celebrity' by Barbie manufacturer
MANILA, Philippines — Kapuso actress Maine Mendoza is recognized by the manufacturer of Barbie as one of the most inspiring women in the Philippines today.
In an Instagram story, Maine posted a photo of her holding the plaque for her “Most Inspiring Celebrity” award.
Together with Philippine toy distributor Richprime Global Inc., the award was given by Mattel Inc. as part of Barbie’s 60th-anniversary celebration.
Maine’s manager, Rams David, took to Instagram to thank the brand and announced his talent’s recognition.
“On Barbie's 60th year, Maine Mendoza was recognized as one of the most inspiring woman in the Philippines and received the Most Inspiring Celebrity plaque,” Rams wrote.
“Thank you, Mattel and Richprime Global Inc., for this recognition and congratulations, @mainedcm Continue to be an inspiration to everyone Nak Congratulations,” he added.
Apart from Maine, other Filipinas who were recognized for being an inspiration to others include Sta.
