Derek Ramsay’s gf ‘really happy, secured’ with relationship

MANILA, Philippines – Derek Ramsay’s girlfriend Joanne Villablanca attended the premiere night of the actor's movie “Ex With Benefits" at SM Megamall in Mandaluyong City on Tuesday.

This is the first time Joanne attended a public showbiz event with Derek, despite being in a relationship with the TV5 actor for several months now.

The commercial model admitted she’s still adjusting to the attention she’s getting after Derek became open about their relationship.

“Hindi lang ako sanay sa mga interviews,” she said in an interview on Tuesday. “This is the first time na ang dami, usually paisa-isa lang. So nahihiya pa ako sa mga ganito.”

It was in April when the Kapatid actor has been open about their relationship by posting photos of them together on his Instagram account.

When it comes to Derek’s sexy image, Joanne said she did not have to adjust seeing him do sexy scenes since he’s been doing that even before they met.

“No, kasi nakilala ko na siya gano’n, e,” she replied when asked if she’s affected by Derek’s sexy scenes. “Even before I met him alam ko na, I’ve seen his movies and alam kong gano’n lagi, may love scenes. So no’ng nagkakilala kami hindi siya naging issue sa akin, never naging issue sa akin.”

Joanne said she feels secured in their relationship since the Kapatid actor always makes her feel special.

“Sweet siya, he really makes me happy, konting gawin niya kinikilig ako agad. Effortless kumbaga,” she said.

As for joining showbiz, Joanne said she doesn’t plan to enter the industry and is content on doing commercials.
