Phl bet 4th runner-up in 2014 Mr. Global tilt

MANILA, Philippines - Philippine bet William Placencia Jr. (inset: in national costume designed by Edwin Uy), a 22-year-old Political Science graduate from Silliman University, finished fourth runner-up in the 2014 Mister Global contest held in Bangkok last March 27.
