Cadungog vaults Harold's Hotel past Vanese
CEBU, Philippines - Flashy guard Dondon Cadungog scored on a barreling drive in the final four seconds of the contest to lift Harold's Hotel to a 78-77 cliffhanger over Vanese Justine in the F. Llamas Youth Association (FYA) basketball tournament at the barangay Tisa gym.
In the nigthtcap, the Evoo Resto Bar demolished the Simple Likes Barbecue Haus, 85-68.
Cadungog finished with 18 points, while Jaime Atuel topscored with 23 markers as Harold's Hotel bettered its win-loss record to 2-1.
Chrissar Llegunas fired 26 points, while Duke Teves and John Lloyd Legunas had 24 points combined but their efforts went foir naught at Vanese Justine dropped to 2-2.
McLean Alkuino, on the other hand, paced Evoo with 23 points.
