“It’s our 17th year now teaching fundamental basketball skills to kids that gave them advantages over other players in their respective schools,” said organizer Andrew Choachuy.

“Every year we try to upgrade with new training tools to help them develop their skills faster and that they will be given added skills in the said sport,” he added.

Aside from the fundamentals of the game such as proper shooting dribbling and passing, the training camp Director Giovannie “JoJo” Romarate, will also tackle the technical aspect of the sport including some offensive drills and defensive strategies.

Romarate is the current head coach of Salazar Institute of Technology (SIT) Skyblazers secondary and collegiate basketball teams.

Registration fee is pegged at P1, 000 per month. The participants will each get a Sunsport basketball 2010 model, bag, upper uniform, and white t-shirt.
