Aboitizland now at SM City Cebu

Aboitizland inaugurated last November 18 its SM City Cebu Office with the aim of increasing the convenience options available to its vecinos (Spanish for neighbors; Aboitizland's term for its homeowners), clients and partners.

Cutting of the ribbon was done by Audie Villa, Asst. Vice President for Sales assisted by Farrah Nina Mayol, Marketing manager and Leorelei Ylaya, Sales manager. After which, Fr. Kit Sestoso blessed the premises. The blessing and launch event was attended by Aboitizland employees , the media, vecinos and broker-partners.

The SM City Cebu Office is located at Unit 105 Upper Ground Floor SM City Cebu, North Reclamation Area, close to the mall's West entrance, near BDO and Ace Hardware. The opening of the SM City Cebu Office is aligned to Aboitizland’s thrust of becoming increasingly accessible to its partners. The office's strategic  setting within a mall allows vecinos and partners to include a visit to Aboitizland while running other errands or engaging in other activities.

The new office also brings Aboitizland closer to its would-be vecinos. The staff can provide information and materials about the Aboitizland communities, model unit viewing as well as facilitate the setting of site trip schedules. Services for real estate brokers also include daily project knowledge seminar and broker accreditation.
