The persimmon studios to rise soon

CEBU, Philippines - Real estate developer AboitizLand, Inc. recently announced that it is breaking ground soon for The Persimmon Studios to complete The Persimmon urban village along M. J. Cuenco Avenue, Mabolo, Cebu City.

"We've had a good number of inquiries about The Persimmon Studios. With this much interest, the units at The Persimmon will be owned even faster than they are built," says Audie Villa, Assistant Vice-President for Marketing and Sales.

The Persimmon was launched in 2008. It is the company's first venture into vertical development,setting the trend for integrated developments.

 Its West Tower, the first of four fifteen-storey towers within the residential enclave, was sold out within a year of its launch and was turned-over to unit owners in 2010. The North Tower was launched in 2009 and is now ready for occupancy.

The community sits on a 1.4-hectare property very close to key destinations within the city - malls, churches and worship centers, schools, government institutions, tourist spots and the seaport - and within a reasonable distance from the international airport.

Villa reports that the value of The Persimmon's condominium units has risen 30% since its initial launch. 

The latest project component, made up of two interconnected towers, is designed with fully furnished combinable studio units with professionally designed interior, another first in Cebu by AboitizLand. The concept allows greater flexibility for vecinos, who may choose from a wide range of size and financing options.

The Persimmon Studios is ideal for the busy, young professionals in the business process outsourcing industry, non-Cebu based families sending their children to study in the Queen City, the international Filipino market and the design-conscious market. The project is also designed to accommodate the investor market as it is a viable means of shoring up one's asset pool and offers fast return on investment.
