PBB's Ejay Falcon signs up as newest Olive-C endorser

CEBU, Philippines – EJAY Falcon, the 2008 Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition 2 grand winner, formally signed a contract with Psalmstre Enterprises Incorporated last February 20 as the newest celebrity endorser of Olive-C. This was disclosed by the PR department of Psalmstre, the maker of New Placenta, endorsed by “Philippine’s Cleopatra” Melanie Marquez, and Glutamin, endorsed by Hong Kong-based international model Leilanie Francois.

Ejay replaces Katrina Halili as the newest face of the revolutionized Olive-C that is branded as the prime antipimple soap best for teens and young adults and is the third endorser since Lovie Poe.

Jim Acosta, the chief executive officer of Psalmstre, said that having Ejay as the newest Olive-C ambassador widens the scope of the ultimate antibacterial and antipimple soap. It erases the thought that the beauty soap is only suited for women consumption because it is, in fact, men’s must-have too.

Creworks Asia, Olive-C’s advertising agency, said Ejay will be having his first-ever Psalmstre-branch tour. His first destination will be Cebu as he is going to judge the first-ever Mr. & Ms. Olive-C Campus Face Cebu 2009 sometime in June. 

The search is open to all male and female students from all the schools, colleges, and universities in the Visayas region. They must be 14–21 years old, at least 5’4 for girls and 5’7 for boys, must represent a certain school, with good moral character, and willing to promote the vision and mission of Olive-C.

Daily screenings will be held from Mondays through Saturdays starting March 17 until April 2, 2009 at Creworks Asia office. Interested applicants must bring the following: (1) one empty box of Olive-C in any variant; (2) valid school ID; (3) certificate of good moral character from the principal or SAO; (4) swimsuit or two-piece; and (5) a whole body picture. 

Only those who had been accepted during the daily screenings would qualify for the final screening, which will take place on April 4, 2009. Twelve pairs shall be chosen to represent their respective schools during the grand coronation night early in June.

Meanwhile, aside from Ejay, Creworks will bring in other surprise celebrities and beauty titlists during the pageant. Besides speaking for Olive-C, Ejay also stars in “Lipgloss,” a TV show over TV 5 and joins in a primetime teleserye over ABS-CBN, which will be aired soon.
