Lenovo launches new Intel Core i7-powered notebooks, desktop PC

- Manny N. de los Reyes -

MANILA, Philippines – Lenovo recently unveiled three new Intel Core processor-powered products, the IdeaPad Z360 and IdeaPad Z460 multimedia notebooks as well as the compact Lenovo H320 desktop PC.

“Lenovo is helping bring Filipinos and their families closer together through technology with the launch of these new personal computers. Everyone can use our technology to bridge the generation gap, make distances shorter and get the latest news and information on the newest and latest,” said Michael Ngan, country manager for home and small-medium business of Lenovo Philippines.

Designed to bring the fun of mobile multimedia to everyone, Lenovo’s IdeaPad Z360 and Z460 balance affordability, performance and features to make mobile entertainment richer and more enjoyable.

Boasting an Intel Core i7 processor with Intel Turbo Boost Technology, a 13.3-inch HD screen for the Z360 (14-inch HD screen for the Z460), 16:9 widescreen, up to NVIDIA Geforce 315M 1GB graphics, and 8GB of DDR3 memory plus up to 640GB HDD storage, the new IdeaPads deliver clear and bright images and videos as well as rich audio.

The IdeaPad Z360 also features clever multimedia enhancements, an all-round performance plus a fashionable look in an affordable package.

Both notebooks make multimedia more realistic with OneKey Home Theater II for optimized audio-visual settings and Dolby Advanced Audio sound enhancement.

Both new Lenovos also have integrated Bluetooth, high-speed integrated 802.11n Wi-Fi, DVD or Blu-ray Disc drive, USB2.0, eSATA connectors, five-in-one card reader, and an integrated Web camera to make your online experience much more enjoyable.

The two laptops also offer added value through a software suit available in most IdeaPad notebooks such as DirectShare, which makes it easier to synchronize files with another notebook without connecting to the Internet, HD graphics support and HDMI output, and VeriFace face recognition — a new fun way to log in on your PC.

The IdeaPad Z360 and IdeaPad Z460 will be available by the second week of November with pricing that starts at P37,500 and P35,900, respectively.

The Lenovo H Series desktop, meanwhile, was designed to make home computing more fun with a range of convenient family-friendly features and entertainment capabilities, all at an affordable price point.

The Lenovo H320 desktop was designed for Filipinos looking for a desktop PC that can simultaneously handle everyday tasks and rich multimedia content or those who are simply shopping for an affordable home PC.

The new Lenovo H320 easily beats other home desktop PCs with its Intel Core i7 processor with Intel Turbo Boost Technology, ATI Radeon HD 5570 1GB graphics complete with DirectX 11, 8GB DDR3 memory, up to 1TB of HDD storage, an Integrated 802.11n Wi-Fi, plus Integrated DVD or Blu-ray Disc drive and front-mounted USB2.0 connectors with eight-in-one card reader for easy access.

Designed to provide affordable fun for all family members, the affordable Lenovo H320 desktop PC can handle many popular game titles, yet is equally good with the family finances, e-mail, video playback and photo editing.

The Lenovo H320 desktop is now available at a suggested retail price of P39,900.

All three PCs will be available through Lenovo Exclusive Stores and authorized Lenovo resellers.
