Ongoing production declines and rising costs point to persistent operational headwinds, limiting earnings durability. The stronger price environment also reinforces potential monetization interest from SM Investments in its ~34% stake (with SM previously indicating a possible divestment in March 2026). Meanwhile, Dominion Holdings (DHI) has denied speculation that it is planning to acquire AT-related assets, keeping the strategic outlook uncertain.
