Globe launches MobileMail

The launch of MobileMail was largely the show of Globe Telecom wire business group head Ferdinand de la Cruz. He did have a little help from technical and wireless applications head Christopher Cheng and business development consult Paolo Lopez, who showed corporate clients the real-time capabilities of this "office on the go".

The guest list put together by GlobeSolutions (the group that handles corporate subscribers) represented the country’s top corporations and were mostly savvy. For those who needed a little help, Globe officers such as chief financial officer Delfin Gonzales were more willing to provide on-site tutorials. – MJGrey
