Its Numancia branch in Aklan and USB Aloran branch in Misamis Occidental were also recognized for supporting financial inclusion by operating ATMs exclusively in remote locations, while its Libmanan branch in Camarines Sur was awarded as one of the Top 10 outsourcing banks with ATMs in the BancNet network.

Likewise, its La Castellana branch in Negros Occidental was awarded the top performing ATM of an outsourcing bank in the Visayas, while its Sogod Branch in Southern Leyte was also given special recognition as the only branch with available ATM and over-the-counter operations during super typhoon Yolanda in November 2013.
