MANILA, Philippines - The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) awarded Sterling Bank of Asia (Sterling Bank) as the outstanding thrift bank PhilPaSS (Philippine Payments and Settlements System) participant servicing customer epayments for the second year in a row.
