MANILA, Philippines - Twelve-year-old Ysobel Iree Brillantes has won the Pru Life UK regional headquarters Prudential Corporation Asia’s (PCA) Happy Holidays Art Challenge 2012, besting over 200 entries submitted from six markets. Brillantes took home a total of P450,000 worth of special educational fund. She is a grade six student at the Philippine Women’s College in Davao City. Ysobel started drawing ‘since she started writing,’according to her mother, Dr. Rhea Brillantes, a pediatrician and also a financial consultant at Pru Life UK.
