Avocadoria expands international presence

MANILA, Philippines — Homegrown brand Avocadoria has expanded its international presence with the opening of its first store in Thailand.

Thailand becomes Avocadoria’s third international market after Singapore and the UAE.

“This milestone is not just about expansion. It’s about sharing our story, our culture and creating moments of joy one dessert at a time,” Avocadoria CEO Czarina Sevilla said.

The Bangkok store is operated in partnership with J&G Green Delights, Avocadoria’s local franchise partner in Thailand.

“Bangkok is one of the world’s greatest food cities. People here know good food. They celebrate it, they share it, they make it part of their daily joy. We believe Avocadoria belongs right in the middle of that culture,” J&G Green Delights CEO Marianne Rose Faderanga said.

Avocadoria, the Filipino franchise credited with sparking the avocado dessert craze, started in 2019 when Sevilla began selling avocado-based desserts from her home kitchen in Pasig City.

With the popularity of her avocado ice cream cheesecake, the brand has managed to grow to 263 branches across the Philippines, the UAE and Singapore.

“Thailand is now the next chapter in that story,” the company said.

The new store, located in Bangkok’s Central Rana 9 mall, offers Avocadoria’s full menu, including its signature premium lovers series launched last year and six Avocado Shake variants.
