PLDT unit reinforces support to MSMEs

MANILA, Philippines —  PLDT Enterprise is reinforcing its support for the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) with the launch of its enhanced fixed load plan powered by Sun Business.

PLDT Enterprise said the expanded capabilities of the plan are designed to better cater to the communication needs of MSMEs.

“We recognize that our MSME customers have varied needs,” said PLDT and Smart Enterprise Business Group senior vice president and head Jovy Hernandez.

Hernandez said the relaunch of the mobile plan is in line with the company’s thrust to strengthen support for MSMEs.

“Through fixed load plan offers, we hope to allow them to focus on their growth and expansion – ultimately allowing them to attain success and bring fruition to every Filipino’s dream of providing a better life for their families and likewise, the nation,” Hernandez said.

As soon as users fully consume their allotted data concessions or make calls outside their network, PLDT Enterprise said the plan automatically blocks transactions to prevent additional costs that may be incurred.

This assures business owners of the seamless management of company-owned lines, the company said.

“Similarly, entrepreneurs can worry less when it comes to reaching out to customers and employees with the plan offering flexible data concessions – allowing for seamless access to apps, emails, messaging platforms and more – as well as unlimited calls to Smart, Sun, and TNT, and unlimited texts to all networks,” it said.

Aside from features that better cater to the dynamic needs of MSMEs, PLDT Enterprise said the plan also provides subscribers with the best value, offering various data allocations that start at 1 GB a month and go up to a non-stop surf option.

Sun Business enables business owners and employees to stay connected through budget-friendly plans, the best value in mobility with the fastest LTE speed, and a nationwide coverage and reliability.

“Our corporate clients can better control their mobile expenses with a fixed monthly bill – allowing assignees to top-up using any prepaid plan, which now offers a wider variety of data allocations,” said Smart vice president and head of Wireless Core Business Solutions Chet Alviz.
