Megaworld builds new residential condo in Makati CBD

MANILA, Philippines – Andrew Tan-led Megaworld is building a 30-story residential condominium within the Makati central business district.

Eugene Em Lozano, Megaworld vice president for sales and marketing for Makati CBD, said The Ellis, which will rise along L.P. Leviste St. in Salcedo Village, would have a total of of 237 units.

 The studio units will range in size from 24 square meters to 34.5 sqm while the executive studio loft with balcony will have a size of 64 sqm. There will also be an executive one-bedroom with balcony, ranging from 64-75 sqm while two-bedroom units with balcony as well as the executive two-bedroom with balcony units have a size of 121.5 sqm.

“The Ellis stands out to be Megaworld’s residential masterpiece in the heart of Makati CBD highlighted by design and innovation,” Lozano said.

As an added feature, The Ellis will also have special units called “Link Units” which owners could use as both living space and office space.

 “The concept of the ‘link units’ allows residents to have their living space attached to their working place. For example, the unit owner can live in the one-bedroom unit while the attached studio unit may be converted into an office,” Lozano said.

There will also be different amenities on the eighth level of the residential tower.
