Many candidates lose due to technicality.  Don’t let this happen to you or your candidate.  This one-day seminar is designed to address all questions and practical issues of candidates relating to election law, ranging from pre-election issues, qualifications and disqualifications of candidates, campaign and campaign finance, election day activities, postponement and failure of elections, electoral procedures, and dispute resolution mechanisms to resolving electoral disputes before and after proclamation.  Gaining the right legal knowledge is one of the best ways to level the playing field for all political aspirants and ensure that one is not disadvantaged or legally outmaneuvered in the electoral exercise.

Listen and learn from Atty. Alberto C. Agra, who is one of the recognized experts in election law. He will share his famous updated study aids on elections.  He is a member of the faculty of the Ateneo Law School since 1993. He teaches Election Law, Local Government Law, Administrative Law, Law on Public Officers and Public-Private Partnership Law. He also handles Political Law Review and Bar Review on said subjects. He served as Acting Secretary of Justice, Acting Solicitor General and Government Corporate Counsel.
