Meat, fish processing seminar

MANILA, Philippines - Learn to process meat and fish and how to make ice cream the easy way. The Golden Treasure Skills and Development Program will conduct a one-day seminar on meat and fish processing combined with ice cream making at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City   on Dec. 6, 10 a.m to 6 p.m. In this seminar participants will learn how to make chicken and pork ham, lechon manok, tocino, different kinds of longganisa (skinless, vigan, lucban) bacon, chinese sausage, peking duck, embutido deluxe, pork quekiam, burger patties, siomai, beef tapa, fish ball, spanish and tomato sardine, tuyo (dried fish) pork and bangus sisig, squid ball, corned beef, chicken galantina, and as a bonus course participants will also be taught how to make atchara, peanut butter,  and an  actual demo on bangus deboning will also be taught in  the seminar. They will also learn how to make ice cream in different flavors.
