Harbor star emergency towage

MANILA, Philippines - Harbor Star’s M/V Rho Cas recently rescued and towed from the Sulu Sea  to Subic Bay a loaded 60,000 DWT break bulk vessel (dead engine). The internationally classed M/V Rho Cas is a 9,180 BHP Anchor, Tug, and Supply Vessel and is the most powerful towing vessel operating in Philippine waters. The tug & supply vessel is owned by Harbor Star Shipping Services, Inc.
