MANILA, Philippines - The Golden Treasure Skills  and  Development Program will  conduct a one-day seminar on soap-making combined with perfume making to be held at the SMX Convention Center, Rm. 12 and 13,  Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City,  on Dec. 11, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. There will be a hands-on experience on how to make different soaps such as the   liquid dishwashing soap, liquid hand soap, liquid all-purpose soap, bar detergent soap, powder soap, dishwashing paste soap, herbal  soap,   glycerin (transparent bath soap),  liquid bleach, fabric softener and  highlight of the seminar will tackle courses on how to make different type of perfumes such as  perfume spray, cologne spray roll-on perfume, cream type perfume, gel solid type perfume and eau de toilette. Also to be discussed are sourcing of materials and costing. Each participant will be given  a certificate of training  after the seminar. Lunch, snacks, hand outs and all the  raw materials for hands-on   experienceswill be provided.
