Kamiseta Group opens largest skin clinic in Cebu

CEBU, Philippines — The Kamiseta Group of Companies has opened its largest skin clinic in the Philippines, at the Ayala Center Cebu, capitalizing on the increased awareness among Cebuanos and customers across the Southern Philippines on the significance of health, beauty, and wellness.

Under the leadership of Kamiseta Skin Clinic president and dermatologist Shae Raymundo, the Kamiseta Skin Clinic Cebu spans over 420 square meters, housing 11 luxurious treatment rooms. This establishment showcases the brand’s renowned commitment to contemporary experiential beauty treatments.

Established in 2017, the Cebu Skin Clinic is the company’s fifth branch in the Philippines and the first outside of Metro Manila.

In an interview, Raymundo said aside from the promising potential of Cebu in the beauty and wellness business, the company noted a growing number of Cebuano clients getting their treatments in Manila since they opened in 2017.

Kamiseta Skin Clinic’s entry strengthens Cebu’s position as the premier destination for beauty and wellness in Visayas and Mindanao. This expansion aligns with the increasing influx of medical tourists to Cebu, who seek not only for medical care but also indulge in beauty treatments and related services in beauty and wellness.

Kamiseta Skin Clinic in Cebu brings the latest breakthroughs in beauty treatments, particularly the popular Ultherapy, an FDA (Food and Drug Administration)-cleared, non-invasive skin lifting and tightening procedure.

Ultherapy, also known as Ulthera, is also an ultrasound therapy works to gradually lift the skin on the neck, chin, and brow, minimizing any fine lines and wrinkles.

Unlike in the past, skincare has emerged as an essential part of Filipinos’ wellness regimen. Even individuals as young as 18 years old are now aware of investing in preventive skincare protection and anti-aging treatments, Raymundo said.

In one of her interviews, Roque mentioned that having a skincare arm would complement her fashion business, cementing the company’s advocacy to promote beauty inside and out.
