Dumanjug niistrikto sa pagpatuman sa curfew sa menor

CEBU, Philippines — Istriktong gipatuman sa lokal nga kagamhanan sa Lungsod sa Dumanjug ang curfew sa mga menor de edad.

Si Mayor Efren "Gungun" Gica niluwat og executive order nga nagsuporta sa Executive Order (EO) No. 0017 kun "Ensuring Rigorous Implementation of Ordinance No 2016-07 which underscores the stricter enforcement of curfew hours for individuals below 18 years old" o curfew ordinance sa lungsod.

"(Gica) issued the said local ordinance as part of his preventive measures against all forms of crimes in the municipality and in response to the alarming threat to the children’s safety and security", tipik sa pamahayag sa LGU.

Sa lokal nga balaod, ang curfew sa mga menor de edad magsugod og alas 10:00 sa gabii hangtud alas 4:00 sa kadlawon sa sunod adlaw. Ang istriktong pagpatuman sa curfew ordinance gisugdan niadtong Septiyembre 1, 2023.  Gani aduna nay higayon nga walo ka nga menor nga nag-edad og 8 ngadto 17- anyos ang na-rescue sa kapolisan sa Dumanjug uban sa local Social Welfare and Development Officer human nakit-an gawas sa ilang mga panimalay.

"In the event that the minor is caught loitering outside of his/her home during curfew hours, he will be fined Php 400.00 for the 1st offense, Php 800.00 for the 2nd offense, Php 1000.00 for the 3rd offense or an equivalent of 7 days or 1 week imprisonment", dugang sa LGU. — /BDB (BANAT NEWS)
