MANILA, Philippines - Though the dust hasn’t quite settled over the situation in Marawi, there are still ways we can help. Donation details per drive (whether they accept food or non-food items or cash or all three) and the duration of each effort vary. Keep in mind, however, that because the majority of Mawari’s population are Muslim, food donations have to be halal, which means no pork, no blood, no meatloaf,

no sausages, and no alcohol.
