The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - It’s one thing to want change and another to actually take that step to make it happen. The effects of climate change are becoming more and more evident. If you’re anything like us, you’re starting to feel the pressure of being more conscious and responsible with your everyday choices. You want to do something about it, even if you don’t really know where or how to begin. Lucky for you, Muni is here to help.

Now on its fifth run, Muni market is heading down to Solenad 3 in Nuvali on May 21. The area will be filled with healthy, local and eco-friendly products from brands such as The Superfood Grocer, Bayani Brew, Gouache Bags, The Green House Project, and Risque Designs. Besides being able to bring home items (brand new or upcycled!), market goers will also be treated to an opportunity to engage with the Muni community of mindful makers.

More than just entrepreneurs, the Muni tribe of cause-driven individuals aims to provide an environment for learning that increases the quality of our lives. Get to ask questions and hear their stories — not just about the inspired process behind their products, but the reasons why they do these things in the first place. On the day of the event, there will be a variety of programs hosted by some of the brands like a healthy food demo by Holy Carabao & Jertie’s Kitchen and a yoga session by Life Yoga. Local performers Toni B, Gentle Universe, Paolo Mauricio, Mellow Submarine will also serenade the crowd through the relaxing sunset.
