Ang mga reklamante nipasangil nga giilad sila ni Jamio nga mo-enrol sa AB Tutorial’s Korean Language Program diin gipangayoan ang matag aplikante og P8, 500.
Apan nahibaw-an sa mga aplikante nga dili accredited ang maong kompanya sa Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) ug sa Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).

“It would be (the co-respondent) who initiated the activities. Petitioner was only invited to speak before the orientation. There was no promise of direct deployment to South Korea and for a placement fee,” dugang pa niya.
