Anchor Land sustains industry position

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines – Property developer Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. (ALHI) maintains its position as one of the fastest growing real estate companies in the Philippines, posting double-digit growth in sales driven mostly by its high-end residential properties in 2016.

Expected to be turned over to new owners next year are units in Monarch Parksuites in Aseana Bay City, while Admiral Baysuites along Roxas Boulevard and Clairemont Hills in San Juan are now ready for occupancy.

Ongoing projects include Admiral Grandsuites also along Roxas Boulevard; Anchor Grandsuites and Princeview Parksuites in Binondo; Baylife Venue in Aseana; Oxford  Parksuites, Anchor Land Corporate Center and Admiral Hotel-M Gallery.

Known for its ability to identify previously untapped areas of development, ALHI continuously makes trailblazing projects that recreate city landscapes in Metro Manila. In Binondo alone, the company has been successful in meeting the progressing lifestyle demands of both home and business owners.

Situated at the center of bustling Manila Chinatown, the 39-story Princeview Parksuites is near commercial and office establishments, as well as community churches and hospitals. Also within the area is Anchor Grandsuites, which rides on a rich historical background story involving national hero Jose Rizal and the original manuscript of his first novel, Noli Me Tangere. Being a legacy property, Anchor Grandsuites is expected to serve succeeding generations as this property along Masangkay street carries ALHI’s assurance of innovative quality backed by 100 percent service commitment.

Another area that is beginning to show its potential for future economic growth is Aseana Bay City. ALHI is among those that first saw the opportunity to build according to future needs of incoming expats and tourists as Metro Manila’s future lifestyle and entertainment hub begins to take shape.

Units in Monarch Parksuites, located within Philippine Entertainment City and SM Mall of Asia Complex, will soon be turned over to its new owners to enjoy the perks of living near Asia’s future tourism capital and center for entertainment, gaming and shopping that includes City of Dreams, Solaire Resort and Casino, Okada Manila, among others.
