CEBU, Philippines — Two Cebuano real estate developers have signed a partnership deal with global real estate management and leasing consultancy firm Colliers International Philippines, in a bid to provide world-class property services to clients.

Grand Land Inc., and Alpa Land, Inc., both signed the same deals with Colliers International Philippines in their respective properties in Cebu.

Colliers is commissioned to manage the leasing of its mixed-use, office condominium development, the Grand Tower Cebu.

The Grand Tower Cebu is the first high-rise and mixed-use project at the North Reclamation Area in Cebu and features 30-storeys.

“Grand Tower is one of our focal projects in Cebu and is a critical part of our growth strategy. We are confident that Colliers International will contribute well to the success of this development with their excellent service and global track record,” said Ryan Bernard Go, president of Grand Land, Inc.

Likewise, Gothong-led Alpa Land, Inc., appointed Colliers to manage the leasing services of its latest development, the ADG I.T. Tower.

Barbara Gothong-Tan, Alpa Land, Inc.’s Chief Executive Officer said of the partnership, Colliers International’s team has demonstrated their service excellence and market knowledge and "we are happy to have them as our partner in achieving our growth targets.”

ADG I.T. Tower is an 8-storey commercial building with a roofdeck. Located in a safe and secured environment in Subangdaku, Mandaue City, the development is PEZA certified and ready to host outsourcing operations.

"We at Colliers International Philippines believe that the continued demand for office space should propel both traditional and outsourcing firms to gravitate towards emerging business hubs such as Mandaue City. This should fuel demand for new office towers in the city such as ADG I.T. Tower,” said Andrew Gomez, Colliers’ Director for Offices Services – Landlord Representation. (FREEMAN)
