CEBU, Philippines - The Cabahug Clan Foundation Inc. is now accepting nominations for the Outstanding Cabahug Clan Family Values Award and the Outstanding Cabahug Clan Member Award.

The Outstanding Cabahug Clan Family Values Award aims to recognize a family’s particular advocacy or cause and their collective contribution to the needs of the community and society and exemplifying at the same time Filipino values.  The competition is open to all families of the Cabahug Clan currently residing within Philippines or outside the country. 

Winners of the Outstanding Cabahug Clan Member Award shall be chosen based on the strength of their character and integrity; and the impact of their achievements on their field of work, public welfare and national development. The criteria for the award are the member’s service to humanity and how the member has used his/her talents and abilities to create a positive impact in society. It is open to every Cabahug Clan member, here and abroad and of good moral character.

Deadline for submission is on November 30, 2014.

Awardees will be known during the grand reunion of the clan on December 27-28, 2014 at the Mandaue City Sports Complex.
