Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) brought its globally successful Chefmanship Academy to over 130 participants from hotel and restaurant operators in Iloilo and Boracay last July 9 and 12. UFS intended this program to help chefs and restaurateurs better their tradecraft and business skills. The training sessions were led by UFS executive chef Joanne Limoanco-Gendrano and her sous chef Carlos Aluning.
