Losiabol rules Looney Tunes fun run

MANILA, Philippines - Simon Losiabol dominated the men’s field to rule the 10 run in the Looney Tunes Active Fun Run-Cebu while Mary Grace delos Santos reigned in the women’s side at SM City Cebu last weekend.

Mendel Lopez and Mary Joy Tabal finished second in their respective divisions while Elmer Bartolo and Merlyn Alin placed third in the centerpiece event put up by Warner Bros. Consumer Products (WBCP) through its Philippine agent Global Brands Group.

Leodan Morales and Milette Chiongbian topped their respective classes in the 5K race while Roy Villahermosa and Nao Idio ruled the 3K run of the event held as part of the LT run series held to promote a healthy and active lifestyle among children and their parents.

Meanwhile, Chris Comendador and Junessa Atillo led the kiddie winners as they topped the 1.5K race for 10-12 years old while Leo Maquiling and Natasha Ceniza bested the field in the 1K run for 8-9 years old.

Ollie Tadlip and Mary Joy Loberanis emerged the series’ youngest winners as they ruled the 1K race for 5-7 years old.

Cole Unson and Mikele Jopson, on the other hand, outsprinted the field to capture the 500m dash titles in their respective divisions.

Kurt Hipolito and Alyssa Concepcion came in second while Schneider Vildosola and Jash Juarez finished third in the sprint race.
