NUEVA ECIJA , Philippines – Napaaga ang kamatayan ng 15-anyos na third year high scool student matapos itong malunod sa irigasyon sa Barangay San Roque sa bayan ng San Isidro, Nueva Ecija. Idineklarang patay sa 4M’s Medical Clinic sa Barangay Sto. Cristo ang biktimang Adrian Mañacop. Ayon sa ulat, bandang alas-3:45 ng hapon nagkayayaang lumangoy ang biktima at ilang kaklase sa irigasyon. Hindi umano gaanong marunong lumangoy ang biktima kaya pinagsabihan ito ng mga magulang na huwag lalangoy sa irigasyon ngunit hindi ito tumalima kaya nakasalubong si kamatayan.
