Kapatid ni Janine sasabak na sa showbiz

It’s in the blood.

Ang simpleng explanation sa decision ni Diego Gutierrez to finally join showbiz, just like his parents, Ramon Christopher (Monching) and Lotlot de Leon, elder sister, Janine Gutierrez, uncles Richard Gutierrez and Ian de Leon, grandparents Asia’s Queen of Songs Pilita Corrales, Christopher at Nora Aunor and aunties Ruffa Gutierrez and Matet de Leon.

Huwag ding isnabin si Diego, kung educational attainment ang pag-uusapan. He went for his college studies sa University of Asia and the Pacific.

Janine, of course, completed her European Studies sa Ateneo de Manila University.

Diego now has his own talent manager, Leo Dominguez, who also handles the showbiz career nina Lovi Poe, Dina Bonnevie at Snooky Serna, among others at siyempre ng career ng mommy niyang si Lotlot at sister na si Janine.

Roxanne hindi na naalala si Will

Surprisingly, no one dared to ask Roxanne Barcelo at the presscon of her soon-to-stream iWant romcom, Fluid, co-starring her with Joross Gamboa and directed by Benedict Mique For Lonewal Films, about her ex-boyfriend, Will Devaughn.

After all, the two of them didn’t only look good together, parang magkasundung-magkasundo rin sila bilang magkarelasyon.

They met sa bahay ni Kuya in one celebrity edition of Pinoy Big Brother (PBB). Henceforth, naging open book ang kanilang magandang samahan.

Samantalang walang masyadong balita tungkol kay Will, obvious na busy with work si Roxanne. At isa nga sa kanyang pinagkakaabalahan ay itong Fluid, where in her role as Mitch, ayon kay Roxanne, she finds herself in love and in a relationship with both a man and a woman.

“Ganito ‘yon,” ani Roxanne. “Magkakalabuan kami ng aking boyfriend na si Jacob (Joross Gamboa).

“Mami-meet ko si George, isang confirmed lesbian. Magsisimula kami bilang magkaibigan, hanggang magiging magka-close kami.

“Before I knew it, we were doing the “thing” na usually nagaganap ang between a man and a woman,” tukoy pa ni Roxanne.

Things become more complicated when Jacob come back and insists for a reconciliation.

In any case, Roxanne’s lesbian lover is played by new star and former beauty queen, Ann Colis, whom she and Joross both agree na magaling na performer.

They will both not be surprised if Ann’s end up a big star.

Written by Carlo Baltazar Ventura, Benedict Rique at Benjie Miguel.

Fluid also stars Janice de Belen, J-Mee Kantayag at Emmanuelle Vera.

Alex at BF malapit na ang kasal!

Third Valentine day together pala ng engaged couple na sina Alex Gonzaga and Lipa Councilor Mikee Morada ang katatapos lang na lover’s day.

Both though did not relate to people, even those close to them how they celebrated the occasion. Extra busy nga kasi Alex, who just joined Luis Manzano bilang co-host ng The Voice Kids, where the coaches ay sina Lea Salonga, Bamboo, Apl de Ap and newly-wed Sarah Geronimo.

As is common knowledge, magkasama rin sina Alex at Luis sa TV musical game show, I Can See Your Voice, aired Saturdays.

Saturday din na parehong nasa cast sila ng sitcom na Home Sweetie Home: Extra Sweet, co-starring them with Alex older and only sister, Toni Gonzaga, Bayani Agbayani, Carmi Martin and Rio Locsin, among others.

Wedding bells, both Alex and Mikee reveal will soon ring for them, lalo pa nga at in her 30s na rin si Alex.

Noong January 16, 2020 sila naging formally engaged.

Isang engrandeng kasal ang magaganap between the couple, which either will be held sa Lipa City, or sa Tagaytay in Rizal, where the Gonzaga family are prominently known.

Toni’s wedding to producer-director Paul Soriano in 2015 in Taytay was the talk of the town for days.

The couple, of course, now have son, Seve, who is nearing three years old.
