Banta ni Duterte: Ugnayan ng government sa Red Cross puputulin ‘pag ‘di nagpa-audit

MANILA, Philippines — Tahasang sinabi kahapon ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na kanyang ititigil ang lahat ng transaksyon ng gobyerno sa Philippine Red Cross (PRC) kung hindi ito papayag na ma-audit ng Commission on Audit (COA).

Sinabi ni Duterte na kanyang susulatan si PRC chairman Sen. Richard Gordon, para sabihan na buksan nito ang financial records ng organisasyon.

“Ngayon kung ayaw mo, mapipilitan akong totally i-disassociate with you. I will stop the national government and all from having transaction with you in any manner,” banta ni Duterte.

Nagbanta rin ang Pangulo na hindi siya magbibigay ng pera sa PRC at para sa kanya ay hindi nag-e-exist ang Red Cross.

“Wala akong pakialam, hindi ako magbigay ng pera sa’yo saka as far as I’m concerned, Red Cross does not exist. You can create a controversy there or crisis, I do not mind because I said I am on the right track,” ani Duterte.

Pinamili pa ni Duterte si Gordon na sumailalim sa auditing procedure o makipag-away sa kanya at kung makikipag-away ay dapat galingan ni Gordon.

“Either you (Gordon) submit to an auditing procedure or we quarrel. ‘Pag mag-quarrel, do your worse because I will do mine,” ani Duterte.
