CCA, Manila and Miriam College partnership

MANILA, Philippines –  In its quest to cultivate the culture of excellence and innovation through  solid academic foundation, the Center for Culinary Arts, Manila (CCA, Manila), enjoins Miriam College (MC) in leading the way towards higher learning via an academic partnership.  

CCA, Manila will be providing the culinary component to the new curriculum of Miriam’s BS Entrepreneurship Program.

Another fundamental aspect of the partnership will be the many coordinated academic activities and extended support and services that will benefit both CCA and Miriam College students.

“If you want to develop world-class culinary professionals, you need to bring in a school that’s specializing in culinary arts. We can give them the basics at Miriam but this area is what CCA is known for. Their laboratory, the hands-on training, they really make people bloom in the industry. We have every faith and every confidence that CCA will give us that type of service, the academic needs of students,” said Miriam College president Rosario Lapus.
