Let J. Gamboa serve you grilled turbot & soupy paella
I have been going to Cirkulo ever since it opened. Truth is, I patronize all the restaurants in the Milky Way Building (Cirkulo, Tsukiji, Azuthai and Milky Way Café) for their wonderful service and excellent food.
Chef J. Gamboa has come up with new dishes for you to enjoy at Cirkulo. Try my new favorite Rodoballo ala Parilla or charcoal-grilled turbot flown in fresh weekly from the Cantabrian Sea. This dish, made popular by Elkano and Kaia Kaipe restaurants in Getaria, Pais Vasco in Spain, is now available at the restaurant. The fresh turbot is lightly seasoned and grilled in the restaurant’s Josper charcoal oven and served with a light vinaigrette.
Other new items on the menu are Arroz Caldoso or soupy seafood paella, perfect for the cool weather; and Fideos Rossejat or seafood paella made with toasted pasta instead of rice. Either of the dishes will go quite well with the Rodoballo ala Parilla. *
