MANILA, Philippines -  The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 28 out of 82 passed the Mechanical Engineer Licensure Examination given by the Board of Mechanical Engineering in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; Al-Khobar and Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in Doha, Qatar last October 2012.
