‘Let nothing frighten us’
As we grapple with the myriad problems brought about by COVID-19 that buffets our country and the world, keeping our heads above the water has become a tremendous struggle. It puts to severest test our faith for courage and survival.
Faith is the element, the “chemical” which, when mixed with prayer, provides the direct link with infinite intelligence to guide us in doing the best in this most precarious situation our generation has ever faced. God’s care eases the mind and restores our soul.
Let’s keep trusting God to help and bring us to a better place. “Let nothing disturb us. Let nothing frighten us. Everything passes away, except God. God alone is sufficient.”
The light will shine brightly for us through these most difficult, challenging times. And we shall overcome! Our situation may be gloomy and uncertain now, but doesn’t dawn come just after the darkest hour?
