Holy images

DOLLS. During a visit to Thailand a Filipino priest said he saw some members of a family playing with the images of the Sto. Niño and Mama Mary on a chessboard. When he told them that those images were considered sacred in the Philippines, the Thais felt sorry and apologized. They said they thought the images were dolls.

PAPER WEIGHTS. But what those Thais did not know there are some offices in Phl where some "ignorant" clerks use the small images of Buddha, considered holy by some Thais, as paper weights.
