Quezon City chills at 17.1 degrees Celsius

MANILA, Philippines — The temperature in Quezon City yesterday dropped to 17.1 degrees Celsius as the northeast monsoon weakens.
State weather forecasters are expecting the dry season to begin by the end of the month.
Yesterday’s figure at the Science Garden was the lowest recorded temperature in Quezon City since 2015, when the temperature fell to 18.5 degrees Celsius.
In 2014, Quezon City registered 15.8 degrees Celsius, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration.
