6 caught in Parañaque stings

MANILA, Philippines — Anti-narcotics operatives arrested six suspects in separate stings in Parañaque, the Southern Police District (SPD) reported on Friday.

In a report, the SPD said four suspects — identified only as Mikmik, Ian, Boga and Donny — were arrested in Barangay BF Homes following a tip from an informant.

The arrest led to the apprehension of two other drug suspects identified as Jomar, 26, and Kevy, 27, in Barangay Sun Valley.

Anti-narcotics agents recovered from the suspects over 10 grams of methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu valued at P68,000.

The arrested suspects, who are under the custodial facility of the Parañaque police, face drug-related charges.
