New Brunei truce monitors arriving

KIDAPAWAN CITY, Philippines – A new batch of soldiers from Brunei will replace on May 18 their six compatriots who have helped monitor for one year the ceasefire between the government and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF).

The MILF central committee awarded with citations the outgoing six-member Brunei team led by Maj. Hadji Nazri Amir bin Zain at Camp Darapanan in Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao over the weekend.
