Blue guard “flees” after “killing” driver

CEBU, Philippines -  The police are looking for a security guard who allegedly shot to death Monday evening a company driver inside Castilex Compound in barangay Casuntingan, Mandaue City. 

Epifanio Lequigan allegedly shot Edgar Capilla, 44, six times, hitting him in the head and body.

Police said both men were arguing prior to the shooting.

Capilla’s remains were taken to the Cebu Rolling Hills for autopsy.  (FREEMAN)
