Fetus found

CEBU, Philippines - A dead fetus believed to be nine months old was found yesterday morning at a vacant lot at the back of the Cebu International Convention Center (CICC) at the Reclamation Area.

The male fetus, its umbilical cord and placenta still in place, was placed inside a box when found by one Lito Arnejo, PO3 Rommel Lim said.

Lim said the fetus was taken to the Cosmopolitan Funeral Homes. (FREEMAN)
