Dear Mama Ces,

Normal ra gyud nga mangita ta'g basulon aning hitabo-a. But what we should do that can actually help is “be the change.” Kita mismo ang mag-usab. Keep our families tight, instill values, communicate, go to church, pray together. Kinahanglan kita mismo good examples sa atong mga anak. They’re always watching us so dapat careful ta sa atong words and actions.
