Anne Curtis gives BLACKPINK concert tickets to inspiring fans

MANILA, Philippines — Kapamilya actress Anne Curtis recently gave away tickets to 34 lucky fans for the upcoming Manila concert of the Korean girl group BLACKPINK.

In her Twitter account, Anne said she met with the winners on Thursday to give them the general admission tickets for the highly-anticipated concert.

“Just met the 34 @DreamMachinePH filo blinks!! Hope you enjoyed your merienda and I hope you all the enjoy the concert to the MAX! Congratulations and continue to spread light and love in this world!” Anne said. 

The giveaway was part of the “It’s Showtime” host's early celebration of her birthday on February 17.

Together with her foundation Dream Machine, Anne picked winners from social media users who shared personal stories on how they help others achieve their dreams. 

"Was lovely to read all your stories and know how passionate you all are to help others too. Big hugs! BOOMBAYAH!" Anne previously tweeted.

BLACKPINK is scheduled to perform at the Mall of Asia Arena on Saturday, February 2. The all-girl group, which consists of members Jennie, Lisa, Rosé and Jisoo, is known for their songs "Ddu-Du Ddu-Du," “Boombayah,” “As If It’s Your Last," among others.
