MANILA, Philippines — Scarlet Snow Belo, the country's youngest social media influencer at 3 years old, blew a kiss as she delivered an adorable acceptance speech Wednesday as PeopleAsia's "People's Choice" awardee.

"Hello, people's! My name is Scarlet Snow Belo and thank you for choosing me to be your newest People’s Choice Awardee," she said.

"Thank you for God for loving me and caring for me. Oh! And mommy and daddy, too! Bye!" she added, ending her speech by blowing a kiss.

Scarlet is so far the youngest awardee of PeopleAsia's 'People of the Year 2019' awards.

The young social media superstar, who has nearly three million followers on Instagram, was supposed to deliver her speech on stage but got too shy, her mom celebrity doctor Vicky Belo explained on Instagram.

"She was a bit shy to deliver it on stage last night so she did it backstage na lang," she said.

Scarlet's mom also thanked PeopleAsia and everyone who voted for the toddler.

Other PeopleAsia awardees were National Artist Ryan Cayabyab and singer KZ Tandingan who were honored as the "Lucky Persons of the Year."
