Angelica Panganiban willing to become godmother of John Lloyd Cruz, Ellen Adarna’s baby

MANILA, Philippines — Kapamilya actress Angelica Panganiban had a sincere message for her former boyfriend, on-leave Kapamilya actor John Lloyd Cruz.
In a recent interview with Vice Ganda in the segment “Tanong Mo Mukha Mo” of his show “Gandang Gabi Vice,” Angelica asked John Lloyd if he wants her to become his baby’s godmother.
“Gusto mo ba kong maging ninang? Kasi mabuti akong ninang. Nood ka ng ‘Playhouse,’ magaling akong ninang doon,” the actress said.
When asked if they are now okay, Angelica said they have not talked since they broke up. Still, she wishes her former boyfriend the best.
“Hindi kami nakakapagusap na. Okay na 'yon. Napatawad ko na, masaya na ko at wala kong hinihiling kung hindi ang buong-buong happiness niya. Talaga. Nilang lahat. ‘Yun lang ang gusto kong mangyari talaga. Sana ‘yung hiniling niya nakuha niya talaga,” she said.
The mood in the studio turned emotional after what Angelica said. She was then comforted by the show’s host, Vice Ganda.
“You deserved that. Congrats, keep it up. Iba ka talaga girl. Strong ka eh,” Vice told Angelica.
Angelica later said the next time she will guest in the show, she will be talking about her marriage.
“’Te, sa pagbalik ko ulit dito, tinatanong mo na ako kung kamusta na ang kasal ko,” Angelica vowed.
