Aussie hunk crowned 2017 Mister Grand International

MANILA, Philippines — 19-year old Michael Angelo Skyllas (center), a bartender, model from ‘the land down under’ was crowned as the first-ever Mister Grand International on Saturday dawn, October 7 in Crossroad Center, Quezon City.

Michael’s court included (from left) Mister Grand Tourism Ambassador Victor Haro (Spain), third runner-up Hamid Noor (Germany), first runner-up Rachata Hamphanon (Thailand), second runner-up Nguyen Tien Dat (Vietnam), fourth runner-up Joshua Reginald Banatin (Philippines) and Mister Grand Sports Ambassador Blachy Abreu (Dominican Republic).

Skyllas also bagged the Mister Cocoline and Mister Psalmstre awards.  Hamphanon was hailed as Mister Grand Fashion Style and Mister Belmere. Noor was voted Mister Friendship. Tien Dat was adjudged Best in Swimwear. Banatin was Media’s Choice, Mister Dermaworld and Mister Seen Ambassador.

The Mister Grand International Organization is headed by Macky Balisacan as President with Emanuele Amboy as VP for Administration and Eduardo Pillora as VP for Creatives and Entertainment.
