Sarah is ‘expecting’

MANILA, Philippines — Zion will soon be a kuya.

With that simple revelation, Richard Gutierrez and fiancée Sarah Lahbati announced on the family reality-TV show It Takes Gutz To Be A Gutierrez (ITGTBAG) on the E! Channel Monday night, Sept. 18, that they are expecting their second child. Their son Zion turned four years old last April.

“We are grateful and excited for this blessing and a new chapter in our life,” the sweethearts said in an official statement. “Thank you for the love and prayers.”

Sarah and Richard have also announced last July that they were planning to (finally!) get married without mentioning where and when. It is presumed that as she did with Zion who was delivered in Switzerland (where her family lives), Sarah will also give birth abroad.

Both Sarah and Richard are with ABS-CBN. She appears on the network’s Sunday show ASAP while Richard stars as a vampire in La Luna Sangre, the teleserye which also stars Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo.

According to E! Channel, those who missed last Monday’s ITGTBAG episode may catch the replay tonight at 7:30, Thursday (Sept. 21) at 9:30 p.m., Saturday (Sept. 23) at 10:30 p.m., Monday (Sept. 25) at 10:30 p.m., Wednesday (Sept. 27) at 7 p.m. and Thursday (Sept. 28) at 9 p.m., on SkyCable (Channel 57), Cignal TV (Channel 61), and Cable Link (Channel 33).
